the blue barnI. when we were little we used to sit on top of the mahogony table in the kitchen in back of the house our red knees knobbly and swing our feet to the music on the radio too big plaid shirts, and worker boys with too big hands i always thought you would be the one to leavethe blue barn
the boys would stay in the barn at night they would be rowdy somtimes after work was done, they would drink and make noise papa didn't care much what they did as long as they showed up to work papa never let us go out to the barn after they started stay
